Birthday waterhole
Amazing how unplugged we feel. Haven’t even been taking many photos.
Spent a couple of days camped at this waterhole with Jack and Alice. Beautiful swimming 😊
And saw this handsome dingo on the drive out.
Heading north
We've left the farm in the capable hands of Meisha and, after a visit with family in Adelaide, are heading north. Here's our first desert camp - somewhere near Coober Pedy Our trusty farm ute has been set up as an off-road tourer again. This time with a basic plywood box for for a kitchen and storage with a rooftop tent. There's also a big awning on the kitchen side which we didn't need to open as we rolled in late and left early morning to do big kms to get to Alice Springs.
